Quail Creek Source Book; address and phone updates are due before July 1. Our new Source Book will be printed late this summer for fall delivery. If your listing is correct in the 2012/2013 book, you do not need to resubmit your information.

2014 Budget Preparation
Work on the 2014 budget will begin in July. Quail Creek clubs and activities groups will again be asked to submit requests for funds for their group. Forms will be available at the Concierge Desk. Watch for details in letters and announcements.
Summary of the May 20, 2013 Board of Directors meeting
Members present: Ron Darrah, Marilyn Mazeika, Gil Lusk, George Atwell.
Absent: Jack Sarsam
Our Guest Speaker was Nancy Puckett from Green Valley Council. She spoke about some areas of interest to Quail Creek and the Green Valley area such as water, fall and winter activities and the advertising of open events in the area.
Informative reports from several committees were presented.
Committee member changes approved were Activities: Resigned, Gail Phillips and Kris Hayden. Additions, Ann Easterling and Kathy Zickefoose. Finance: Addition Michael Bush. Food & Beverage: Additions, Ben Baird, Connie Bandstra, Nancy Moosburner and Carole Keane.
Mr. Darrah reported that plans are progressing for the pickleball courts near the front entrance to Quail Creek. We hope to see work begin early this summer.
The next evening Question & Answer meeting will be Wednesday, July 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the clubhouse ballroom. The next Board of Directors meeting will be Monday, September 9 at 10:00 a.m. in the clubhouse ballroom.
