If the Come and Try It workshops sponsored by the Fine Arts Painting Club this fall were missed, there is another opportunity to try painting in a variety of mediums starting in January. The Art Club is calling January Beginner Month. Registration for a series of three-hour workshops in oil, watercolor, pastel and acrylic painting begins December 15 for classes being held in the Fine Arts Studio beginning January 13.

In addition, the Art Club has an exciting line-up of classes and workshops beginning in January including:

Special Collage Workshop with Australian Artist Amanda Harris

Acrylic Abstract Painting

Watercolor Splash

Beginning Watercolor or Acrylic Painting

Oil Painting for the Absolute Beginner

Club members and non-members are welcome to attend. Please watch for details about registration dates in What’s Happening. For more detail on the workshops, classes and instructors please visit the club’s website at www.QCFAPC.wordpress.com.
