The Green Valley Gardeners will be bringing Eric Clark to the Quail Creek Clubhouse on January 16 to discuss ways to achieve winter color in your yard and to discuss gardening in small spaces. The seminar will run from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. This seminar is open to all residents of Quail Creek at no charge.
Eric Clark is the horticulturist and landscape designer at Civano Nursery. He also does landscape design as Design by Eric.
Eric has been designing gardens for the past 25 years. He considers himself a Southwest landscape designer. Eric graduated from the University of Arizona in landscape horticulture. He gets the most enjoyment when designing native, xeric gardens—“after all, they do best in our climate,” he says.
Prior to and following the seminar there will be Master Gardeners from the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension available to answer questions you might have about gardening in the Southwest or to identify specific problems you may have in your yard.
