Sometimes life does indeed give you lots and lots of lemons, especially during the month of March in Quail Creek when all the citrus trees bear fruit in such abundance!
What to do? The Women of Quail Creek’s small group In My Kitchen certainly had the right idea! They enjoyed a wonderful event in the home of Barb Hunsinger on March 27.
The menu included homemade (yep, you guessed it!) lemon curd, which turned out to be the perfect tart accompaniment to those sweet Dutch baby pancakes.
So, the next time life gives you lemons, you know what to do!
