For those of you who’ve participated in the past, you know what to expect! For those of you who may be newer to the community, nonresident visitors are welcome to come onto the property to purchase goods from our garage sale. So, expect to see lots of folks on our roadways on Saturday. Although the sale doesn’t begin until 8 a.m. (and ends at 1 p.m.), cars typically begin lining up outside our gate as early as 6 a.m. Due to the additional traffic (and folks who may not be familiar with our roadways), please be extra careful when driving, biking, or walking.
Since our community has grown so large, this year we decided to place the garage sale map and list on the HOA website. While we have managed to capture our property on standard-sized paper (8.5”x11”) for your convenience, the maps are meant to show units as opposed to streets.
The map will be linked to the What’s Happening announcement on Friday, Nov. 12. Then you will be able to click on the link to view and print your map and list from home. The listing will be by unit number, street address, and major items for sale.
