To continue to deliver and expand upon the quality programs our community desires and deserves. This will be accomplished by focusing on the changing needs of our community as well as the talents of those wishing to serve.
Our Purpose
Friends In Deed is a member driven, nonprofit organization. At no charge we provide durable medical equipment for loan, transportation, blood pressure clinics, social and educational programs and meeting space for nonprofit organizations.
History
One of the basic purposes behind the dream Jackie Wight had was to be able to provide information to clients about the myriad of health care opportunities in the Santa Cruz River Valley. Should you have any questions about what kind of services are available to help you, a call to our offices will get you an answer. If we do not know the answer right off, we will investigate it for you and let you know what we find out. We maintain a large data base of health care services and providers that our Front Desk Monitors can access immediately. In addition, we have a large library of brochures and pamphlets to further assist us in finding the best opportunity for you.
