On March 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom, Rhonda Quick, MD, FACS, of the Carondelet Heart and Vascular Institute Physicians will be the featured speaker.
Dr. Quick received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University. She completed her general surgery training and vascular fellowship at the University of Kentucky and her training in endovascular intervention at the Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix.
She was an assistant professor of Surgery at the University of Kentucky before moving to Tucson in 2004. Dr. Quick has special expertise in minimally invasive vascular treatments including carotid bifurcation angioplasty and stenting and endovascular treatment of aortic aneurysms.
Dr. Quick has been involved in clinical research, published scholarly articles and presented at academic symposiums. She is board certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
She also is a practicing surgeon at VeinSolutions, using the latest technologies and minimally invasive procedures to treat cosmetic and therapeutic vein problems such as varicose veins, spider veins and vascular birthmarks.
