Vision: To increase the availability of healthcare to our community by provided mobile Urgent Care via the 911 system to evaluate, diagnose and treat lower acuity (non-emergency) illnesses and injuries.
Nurse Practitioner is a licensed independent practitioner who is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for the outpatient setting in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care (assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment plan, evaluation of patient status). If medically indicated, the Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with other health care providers and professionals to provide a continuum of care.
