Welcome home, brother

How many of the veterans returning from Vietnam heard that when we got back to the U.S.?

As a member of a group of Vietnam vets sponsored by the VA in my home state, I can vouch for the value a group like this provides to its members. I would rarely miss a meeting and my wife encourages me to attend our meetings.

Many of us have had experiences that we are unable to share with those who did not experience what we did. Sometimes we need to express ourselves to those with similar types of experiences.

Proposed members are all ranks and all Branches of service that were exposed to combat in or over North or South Vietnam and Laos. Membership is only for those with boots on the ground, or on the rivers, or in the air, so that they were exposed to combat. Does your DD 214 indicate a combat tour during that conflict?

We already have a core group ready to start meeting; if you are qualified and interested, please email us at [email protected] and we will set up a meeting place here in Quail Creek and notify you of the time and location. Once we get up and running the group will determine how often to meet and any other business. No dues, just comradery.
