Unit 23 Block Party

On a beautiful spring day, about 70 residents of Unit 23 gathered for a Mexican Fiesta at John and Jan Agner’s home. John Agner, the Unit Representative, arranged for the band, Mariachi Alegre de Tucson, to play lively mariachi music which everyone greatly enjoyed. Residents brought food to fit with the Mexican theme, including delicious Mexican shrimp cocktail, several varieties of chili, enchiladas, salads, beans, rice and a huge array of desserts. Everyone had plenty to eat (probably too much!) and a great time listening to the music. Many newer residents attended, so everyone had a chance to either meet or become re-acquainted with their neighbors.
