What goes on behind the scenes from a judge’s perspective? Judge Lisa Royal, the guest speaker at the July 27 meeting of The Women of Quail Creek, will talk about the interworking of the court system. She will talk both from a personal and professional standpoint about what life is like on the bench. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the ballroom.
Judge Royal’s career spans 30 years in the field of court administration. She has served at the Supreme Court, Pima County Superior Court, Juvenile Court and Los Angeles Municipal Court. She has served as Justice of the Peace in Green Valley since 2013.
All members of TWOQC, guests and Quail Creek women who have not previously attended a TWOQC function are invited. Travel sized toiletries for homeless veterans will be collected.
