The Women of Quail Creek (TWOQC) will host an Honor Flight Awareness event on Friday, April 24, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Madera clubhouse Crystal Ballroom. All Quail Creek residents are invited and encouraged to attend.
Honor Flight Southern Arizona exists for one sacred purpose: to send our veterans to Washington, D.C., to stand before the memorials built in their honor. Many of these men and women never received the welcome home they deserved. These flights, often called life-changing, provide healing, recognition, and long-overdue gratitude.
But this mission does not move forward on its own. It depends on communities like ours. It depends on people who understand that honoring our veterans is not optional; it is our duty.
You will hear moving stories. You will witness the impact. And you will see why the heart of Honor Flight truly depends on our willingness to stand up and support those who once stood for us.
