On Oct. 19, two separate groups of The Women Of Quail Creek (TWOQC) members (some in costume) toured the home of Christy Caldwell.
Christy’s exceptionally creative decorations, both in her house and in her garden, rival any you might see in a home décor magazine. A gourd with a witch figure was painted by Christy’s husband Ron who is an artist. The witch depicted has Christy’s face. Ron almost always works her face into all of his holiday gourds.
Everyone brought two cans of food or a cash donation for the food bank as “admission.” Thirty-eight cans of food and $27 for the food bank were collected.
