Wow! Pack your camera and curiosity because the TRIPS committee is planning a very special day visiting Nogales, Sonora, Mexico on Tuesday April 11.
For the first time a large bus will be taking TRIPS participants on a grand tour. Local guides will be showing off the sights of our southern neighbor plus there will be plenty of time for shopping.
An early lunch is planned at the favorite restaurant La Roca. After lunch a speaker from the Chamber of Commerce will address the group helping us to know a great deal about the city.
Plans are underway also for an informative talk by a Border Patrol Agent or ICE just before the group returns to U.S.
Passports Are Required
As always, registration will be at the Concierge Desk on March 24. Tour is limited to 49 and will be approximately $25. Additional details will be available March 23 in What’s Happening. You won’t want to miss this trip.
