The First Tee Educates Young People Through Golf

The First Tee is a nationwide program to teach young people life skills and character education through the game of golf. Since 1997, the First Tee has introduced golf and its values to 10.5 million participants. This year, Quail Creek residents have donated the following equipment to the First Tee of Tucson: 8,655 golf balls, 58 woods, 79 irons, 11 pairs of shoes, 10 golf bags, 10 putters, and a variety of other items such as travel bags, towels, markers, covers, and more.
