St. Patrick’s Day at Quail Creek begins with a cash bar at 4:30 p.m. followed by a Dinner Buffet at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2014, in the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom.
Buffet Menu: Mixed green salad with Green Goddess dressing, corned beef and cabbage, champ, beer batter cod, stout beef stew with potatoes, bread and butter.
Dessert will be cupcakes with Irish Cream filling and Irish cheesecake bites.
