Hello residents of Quail Creek! Back in July 2019, we implemented a staff recognition program to acknowledge those who have gone above and beyond. Each quarter there are two employees chosen by management—one front of the house (FOH) and one back of the house (BOH) staff member. At the end of the year, each employee of the quarter has the chance to be named Employee of the Year. At this time, we would like to announce the 2020 Employees of the Year. Drumroll, please.

2020 Employee of the Year BOH: Cristobal Cervantes, Lead Cook

“Cris is very hard working, responsible, helpful, and dedicated. Employees look up to him for advice and direction. He is culinarian and always looks for new ideas and techniques. He has great ideas for specials and learns new skills very quickly. All managers and staff respect Cris. He is a great leader in the kitchen.”

“Cris always goes above and beyond. He has a great attitude and is a natural leader in the kitchen. He is extremely hard working and I believe often times goes unnoticed because of his quiet demeanor. He is humble and definitely deserves to be recognized for his efforts.”

“In the past year, I have seen Chris Roberts demonstrate flexibility in dealing with situations. Often, I find him singing in the server area and bringing joy to teammates during a time that a lot of people need it.”
