Quail Creek Wellness September presentation will be titled Sleep Medicine. Guest speaker will be Sairam Parthasarathy, MD, Associate Professor of Medicine and Medical Director for the Center for Sleep Disorders at University of Arizona Medical Center. This will be on Monday, September 9, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. in the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom; admission is free.
Practice locations are The University of Arizona Medical Center South Campus and The University of Arizona Medical Center University Campus.
Clinical specialties include narcolepsy, sleep related breathing disorders, idiopathic CNS hypersomnia, acute respitory distress syndrome, acute respitory failure, weaning from mechanical ventilation, noninvasive ventilation, restless leg syndrome and sleep walking and talking.
Board certifications are with ABIM – Critical Care Medicine, ABIM – Subspecialty of Pulmonary Disease, American Board of Sleep Medicine and American Board of Internal Medicine.
Education consists of medical school at Madras Medical College, 1990, residency at Loyola University Medical Center, Internal Medicine, and fellowship from Loyola University Medical Center, Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine.
