The Women of Quail Creek were treated to a luncheon full of travel dreams on June 27. Each table was set to evoke plans for interesting travels around the globe with festive travel cases filled with travel guides. Travel posters were placed near the entrance so women could have pictures taken surrounded by beautiful travel locations.

Starting with a main course of beef stroganoff, the luncheon focused on A Russian Adventure with entertainment provided by five members of the Arizona Balalaika Orchestra. Wearing traditional costumes and playing instruments native to Russia, the quintet played and sang. The audience joined in enthusiastically for numbers made familiar through movies.
