You must fill out a Rental Policy form (available at the Madera Clubhouse) and provide it to the Concierge prior to the rental start date. The form can also be filled out on the www.quailcreekhoa.org website, found under Association Living>Forms>Property Rental. If you use a property rental company, please be certain they’re aware of Quail Creek policies, too.
