The Quail Creek Veterans Golf Association is sponsoring the annual Battle of the Branches Golf Tournament on Saturday, March 23, 2019, playing the Roadrunner and Quail courses. The event is open to all players. The Battle of the Branches is an annual golf course battle (individual play, net scores) between veterans of the various military branches. Contestants playing in the Battle must be QCVGA members with a GHIN index. There will also be prizes for flighted Low Nets scores (need not be a member of the VGA for these prizes but must have a current GHIN Index). This tournament will also serve to crown the QCVGA Club Champion for VGA members only (Low Gross from Silver tees and Low Net from any tees with course handicap adjusted per USGA rules) as well. Cost is $60 per person ($45 for QC Annual members) and includes golf fees, range balls, cart, prize fees and lunch after golf. Shotgun start will be at 0800 with check-in at the Madera Grill beginning at 0645. Registration deadline is March 14, 2019.
