Putters Support Baby Shower for Military Moms

Peggy McGee

The Lady Putters’ maternal instincts came out loud and clear when they learned that the date for the annual Baby Shower for military moms was drawing near. Each year the Shower literally showers 30 airmen or the spouse of an airman from the 162nd Fighter Wing, AZ Air National Guard, with baby gifts galore. The Putters president’s cousin Carmen Wesener, who lives in Wisconsin, donated some bibs and burp cloths, some with military emblems on one side.

The Putters themselves donated bibs, diapers, onesies, blankets, and other baby items that will make life easier for the new moms and dads.
