POA stands for “Property Owners Association.” It is very similar to HOA, which is “Homeowners Association.”
POA dues are assessed to your Property Account bi-annually. The first half dues are assessed in early January and are due by Feb. 1. The second half dues are assessed in early July and are due by Aug. 1. Statements arrive either by mail or by email. You can update your statement delivery method with Member Services at 520-393-5822 or by emailing [email protected].
You may see the breakdown of the POA dues on your statement. The three categories are explained below:
Amenity Fee (use of the community facilities)
Operating (maintenance and operations of the community)
Reserve (future community purchases)
The POA dues amount will cover up to two residents per home. If there are more than two residents in your home, you may see “Associate Member” dues included on your bill, which covers the additional member(s) residing with you.
If payment is not received by the due date for each half, your Property Account will be deemed delinquent, and a 10% late fee will be applied. Quail Creek CC POA has the right to suspend the privileges of any delinquent member. Suspension would prevent you from reserving event tickets or tee times, charging to your Member Account, checking into the Quail Creek facilities, etc.
If you would like to pay for the entire year, you will need to mail a check to the address listed below.
The recommended payment method is to visit quailcreekhoa.org to use a credit card or checking account.
How to pay online:
Visit quailcreekhoa.org and log in using your Member Number and password. Using the navigation bar at the top of the page, select:

Select the statement date and make your payment. If you are in a Villa or are paying a fee/violation, be sure to check each drop-down under the green “Select Folio” header. Contact the Web Admin if you experience any problems at [email protected].
If you prefer to send a check in the mail or through your bank’s bill pay, please understand it takes about two weeks for the check to arrive at our lockbox and for it to be applied to your account.
