Post-holiday Quail Creek RV Club dinner highlights

Sixty members of the Quail Creek RV Club attended the January 10 annual post-holiday dinner held at the Green Valley American Legion Hall. The event was hosted by newly elected President John Jensen and his wife Mary. John welcomed new members Pam and Dave Shutt, Peggy and Paul Ober, Beth Niccoli and John Felsch, Christie and Ed McCoy, Lynn and Larry Thomas, Fran and Sandy DiFazio, and Lynn and Mike Payne.

Q.C. RV Club President John Jensen was elected in November 2014, along with Treasurer Skip Pence.

The RV Club is open to all Quail Creek residents who enjoy travel, whether in the smallest of campers/trailers to the largest of motor coaches. Several outings are already scheduled for 2015. Thirty five people are going to the Lake Havasu Balloon Festival in January. Plans are in place for a trip to San Diego in March and Bisbee in April.

Meetings are held in the Madera Clubhouse Gold Room at 4:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month. Meetings are open to all.
