Join us for the New Year’s Eve party “Fire and Ice” at the Quail Creek Country Club on Thursday, December 31. Cocktails and appetizers at 7:00 p.m.; plated dinner at 8:00 p.m.
Menu: First Course – Passed assorted hors d’oeuvres
Second Course – Smoked corn croquets served with roasted red pepper sauce
Third Course – Red spinach and candied pecan salad, mandarin oranges, roasted beets, Pecorino cheese and Sauvignon Blanc vinaigrette
Fourth Course – Garlic crusted beef tenderloin, Achiote marinated shrimp, Peruvian purple and sweet mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, porcini cream reduction and ginger-mango chutney
Fifth Course – Flourless chocolate cake with cappuccino mousse and raspberry couli
