With monsoon season upon us, we ask residents to please submit a work order only for downed trees, branches, or bushes located in common areas.
Please keep in mind that our staff cannot see downed branches, trees, or debris located in washes or other obscure areas that are not visible from the street. Reporting these issues through the Work Request Form helps us respond more quickly and efficiently. The Work Request Form can be found on the home page of the quailcreekhoa.org home page under “Quick Links” as well as QC Info > Forms.
If a downed tree or branch is located on a neighbor’s property, please use the Source Book to contact your neighbor directly. This allows them to receive the information immediately rather than waiting for Member Services office hours.
