The Anza Athletic Club is pleased to introduce Bridget Lehmann to the community. She will be offering her services to residents beginning June. Bridget is a certified personal trainer and metabolic specialist.
Discovering her true talent with an eye for detail in human movement, Bridget graduated from WNMU with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Business Administration. With a passion for the importance of health, wellbeing and improving the quality of life, her daily motivation is to inspire others and make an impact on their lives. After hours of seminars of various doctors, internships, studying and observing various practices in medicine and putting knowledge into practice she’s helped numerous clients achieve their goals. Making changes in nutrition, exercise, activities of daily living and educating on awareness and prevention of disease, Bridget believes wellness is truly a lifestyle change. She has years of experience as a certified personal trainer, metabolic testing, group fitness, kettle bells, flexibility, corporate wellness and emergency medicine as well as pre- and post- rehabilitation training. Specializing in knowledge of the metabolism and corrective exercise with a history of athleticism she’s overcome her own challenges in weight loss, hormone imbalance and hypothyroidism at an early age. She enjoys being active, working out, hiking, camping, recreating healthified recipes, eating right, spending quality time with family and friends and helping others do the same.
Certifications include: NASM – CPT/CES/Cardio Fitness/Seniors Training, Kettle Bells, Crossfit L1, NREMT, BLS/CPR/AED.
