If you’re looking for something new to satisfy those after-golf munchies, as an appetizer before dinner or for your dinner entrée, try the Meat and Cheese Board offered on the dinner menu from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the Grill. The cost is $15.
Served on a wood board, the treat includes a Chef’s selection of artisan cheeses, capicola, salamis, prosciutto, olives, pickles, grapes, tomatoes, hummus, crackers or bread. The board serves two-four people as an appetizer. Enjoy it with a glass of your favorite beer or wine.
