The Quail Creek Patrol suggests that you fill out a Vacation Watch Form if you are going to be away for more than a week. They will check the outside doors and windows after you leave to be sure they are locked. They check the outside of the property (not the inside) each week while you are away. When you leave information about who to contact locally if there is a problem and how to reach you, it will help them to help you.
The form is available in the hall at the clubhouse. It is also available on the www.quailcreekhoa.org website. Log on and go to Association Living > Forms > Vacation Watch. You can print the form out and fill it in, or fill it in online and print it out. Leave it at the Patrol Gatehouse, Clubhouse Concierge desk or fax it to 520-393-5831.
