Now that the weather is turning colder and the mornings are getting darker, the Lady Putters start putting at 10 a.m., with check-in starting at 9:30 a.m. The cost is $1 each time one putts, and annual dues are $20. The club invites those who don’t golf, as well as golfers who want to improve their putting skills, to join them every Wednesday on the back patio of the clubhouse.

Putters is a great way to make new friends and get some fresh air and exercise, too.

Recently, Carol Nowak, Cathy Stevens, and Jana Backus scored five holes-in-one during a putting session. Money hole winner Shari Cerrone earned $5 for her achievement.
