It’s always a joyous treat to have Lunch In My Kitchen with Joy Richardson! Her menu was, as expected, beyond perfect. Air fryer salmon nugget sliders and coleslaw were the main event. Then, to top it all off, cannoli cream sandwiched in pizzelle cookies made for a scrumptious dessert. Yummm times a million, and then some!
