Holiday Greetings from the ALC Office

Karen Bartlett, ALC Supervisor

The ALC, like most people this time of year, enjoy driving around looking at all the beautiful light displays. If this is your first year in a warm climate, decorating without snow on the ground is simply amazing! All the possibilities. Just remember that all those beautiful lights need to be off by 10 p.m.

With the recent completion of road work, it’s important to do our part to protect the roads from potential damage during construction activities. If you’re planning any work at your property—whether it’s landscaping, building new walls, refreshing your gravel, or extending a patio—be mindful of the impact construction materials and machinery can have on our roads.

When sand, gravel, or rock is delivered and unloaded and when equipment like bobcats or shovels are used to scoop and distribute these materials, it can sometimes cause damage to the roadway. To help preserve the integrity of our roads, we strongly recommend discussing protective measures with your contractor. By working together, we can ensure that our roads remain in good condition for everyone to enjoy.

Take a look at the walls around your yard. Are your plants, trees, and vines contained in your yard and not creeping over the wall? Please give them a trim if needed. Are there trees in the common area hanging into your yard? If so, please go to the Quail Creek HOA website and submit a work request to have those taken care of.

The ALC office is located by the dog park in the Admin building at 904 N. Quail View Loop. Stop in any time Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., call us at 520-393-5803, or email [email protected]. Both Sunny Di Lando and I are always happy to answer your questions or concerns.

Sunny and I would like to wish everyone a joyful and safe holiday season filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments.
