Hello from the ALC Office

Karen Bartlett

Wow, they are here already! Have you seen them in your yard? Those pesky weeds are already showing up here and there. Remember, applying a pre-emergent herbicide can help stop those pesky weeds from sprouting with this unusually warm weather. It’s one of those things where a little prep now can save a lot of hassle later and keeps the dreaded weed letter at bay.

Spring is the perfect time for outdoor projects, especially exterior painting. Just a reminder, a permit application from the ACL is required for most of your outdoor projects. It is always best to stop in, give us a call, or email us to verify if a permit is needed. We are happy to assist with the ALC permitting process. Once your permit has been approved, remember to stop in the ALC office to pick up your permit green card to display in your window until your project has been completed. The ALC Committee meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.

The ALC office is located by the dog park in the Administration building at 904 N. Quail View Loop. Stop in anytime Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., call us at 520-393-5803, or email [email protected]. Both Priscilla Montano and I are always happy to answer your questions or concerns.
