Karen Bartlett, ALC supervisor
Hard to believe May is here already, summer is just around the corner. To all those leaving Quail Creek for the season, safe travels and we’ll see you in the Fall.
Just a reminder when your project has been completed, please remind your contractor to take their business “yard” sign. These are only allowed while the project is being worked on.
Most of us don’t give our house numbers a second thought, yet they play an extremely important role in allowing emergency services, and delivery personnel, to identify your home quickly and accurately. House numbers should be clearly visible, unobstructed, and legible from the street. Maintaining visible house numbers is a simple but important step in supporting safety and accessibility throughout the community. Looking at changing your house numbers? See the ALC Guidelines, 3.20 House Numbers and Identification Signs (ALC permit required) for more information.
We are continuing the garage door audit to identify doors that may appear faded and tired looking. Courtesy notices will be sent to homeowners whose doors may need a fresh coat of paint. Please, take a moment to evaluate your own garage door. We thank you for maintaining these standards that help preserve the aesthetics, property values, and overall quality of our community.
