Hello from the ALC Department

Karen Bartlett, ALC Supervisor

We hope you all are staying cool with summer’s heat in full force. Enjoying the pool or staying inside with the AC. Things around the area are at a slower summer pace.

It is important that you take a minute to familiarize yourself with the updated Architectural and Landscape Requirements and Guidelines (ALC Guidelines) that were effective June 1. These new ALC Guidelines can be found on the QuailCreekHOA.org under “Quick Links”, and may be accessed without logging in.

Did you know, as the homeowner, you are responsible for any damage your contractor may do to the roads, common area, etc. To help protect our roads, a new paragraph has been added to the ALC Guidelines, Section 4.7 Storage of Materials:

“Material storage and contractor equipment is restricted to the homeowners’ Lot, and/or the street area directly in front of the homeowners’ Lot. The Contractor shall be responsible to protect the road’s surface by placing a tarp then plywood on top of the tarp before any material may be dumped on the road. It is prohibited to dump any sand, gravel, or rock on an unprotected road. Contractors shall be prohibited from using adjacent lots and/or common areas for storage without written approval of the responsible Quail Creek organization.”

With the addition of 3.8 Curb Ramps to the ALC Guidelines, an audit will be taking place in early September for these curb ramps. An ALC permit application is required. We kindly ask that you contact our office should you have any questions on curb ramps or permit submittal.

The ALC office is located by the dog park in the Admin Building at 904 N Quail View Loop. Stop in any time Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m, call us at 520-393-5803 or email qcalc@robson.com Both Victoria Liebrand, and I are always happy to answer your questions or concerns.
