Guest Registration—What You Need to Know!

The Quail Creek Member Services desk can be reached at 520-393-5822 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Do you have a guest coming to stay with you? Here’s what you need to know in order to get them registered in our system:

1) All guests are required to be registered if they are staying with you. A guest card is not just for the QC facilities/amenities.

2) The host (homeowner, renter, associate member) must sign a Guest Registration Form in order for the guest to be registered. Guest Registration Forms can be found on the Quail Creek HOA website www.quailcreekhoa.org/web/quail-creek-hoa or at the Member Services desk.

3) Your guest must be present at the Member Services desk in order to be registered. This is because they are required to sign a liability waiver and have their picture taken for their account.

4) If you are going out of town, you can sign the Guest Registration Form ahead of time and drop it off at Member Services before you leave. Or you can leave the signed form in your home for your guest to bring to Member Services.

5) Guests can stay for 30 complimentary days in a calendar year. If a guest is staying longer than 30 days, they will need to purchase an Extended Guest Pass. Contact Member Services for Extended Guest Pass pricing.

6) The 30-day complimentary period does not start over if the guest stays with another host. The 30 complimentary days are for them being at Quail Creek, not per household.

7) Read the section on Guests in the Quail Creek CC POA Rules (Article 12, page 20). Please note that you are responsible for educating your guest(s) on the Quail Creek rules.

8) If your guest is arriving over the weekend or after the Member Services desk closes, bring your guest to the Anza Fitness Center. They will receive a temporary pass for the evening/weekend. Your guest(s) will then need to visit Member Services on the next business day in order to complete registration.

Please note: A Guest Registration Form must be filled out and signed each time a guest comes to visit. If your guest has already been registered and has a photo and signed liability waiver on file, the process is much quicker!

If you have questions regarding the registration process, please contact the Member Services supervisor, Susanna Meadows, at [email protected] or 520-393-2902.
