Greetings from the ALC Office

Karen Bartlett, ALC Supervisor

The ALC would like to welcome back all our residents who traveled or headed to cooler climates for the summer. As we are settling back into our routines, enjoying the weather and getting our yards ready for winter, take a look. Are your trees, vines, and bushes growing on top or over the walls? Please take some time to trim them back off the walls.

The cooler weather also means enjoyable evenings outside on the patio or courtyard. Just a reminder that party/bistro lighting is only permitted on the side and rear of your home, not in your front courtyard. These lights should be turned off no later than 10 p.m.

We would like to remind you that election yard signs must be removed by Nov. 20.

Thinking about installing solar? We ask that you contact us. When the solar vendor tells you they “will take care of everything,” check with us to see if they have submitted a permit application on your behalf and what the status is. Homeowners will receive a permit approval letter from the ALC indicating they can contact their solar vendor to commence with installation. Do not let them install your solar without an approval letter from the ALC. Solar installed without an approved ALC permit is a violation of the ALC Guidelines, 4.10.C.

The ALC office is located by the dog park in the Administration building at 904 N. Quail View Loop. Stop in anytime Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., call us at 520-393-5803, or email [email protected]. Both Sunny Di Lando and I are always happy to answer your questions or concerns.
