There were 1990 ballots issued and 1244 returned. Forty-one ballots were not counted because the unit and lot numbers were either not on either envelope or were not accurate or they conflicted with another envelope’s information. The specific unit/lot represented by the ballot is required to ensure one vote per property. One ballot was blank. The ballots were counted twice (by separate volunteers) before the final results were tallied.
