The meeting kicked off with positive reports from our leadership team, highlighting a club that is thriving both financially and educationally:

Membership: We are seeing continued growth, welcoming new faces into our tech community.

Treasury: Our finances remain healthy, allowing us to continue our mission to our members and community outreach.

Education: Our Education Chair highlighted a robust schedule of upcoming in-person classes—there is truly something for everyone.

Philanthropy and Community Impact:

President Rick Kunin shared the heart of our club’s mission: giving back. Our current initiatives include:

Local Schools: Ongoing sponsorships for high school Computer Science classes and student scholarships.

Hands-on Support: The Quail Creek Computer Club (QCCC) recently donated hardware and technical expertise to Sahuarita High School, providing networking support for a specialized instructional application.

Feature Presentation: The “Scam Squad”

The highlight of the evening was the return of the Green Valley Sheriff’s Auxiliary Scam Squad. As our most-attended meeting of the year, the session provided vital “early warnings” on:
