The three women’s golf associations in Quail Creek, the Putters, nine hole and eighteen hole clubs came together on Halloween to have fun out on their courses!
But the real intent, the purpose for this annual October charity event, was to give back to the Green Valley community. So they chose four local charities; The Community Food Bank, Valley Assistance Services, Angel Heart PJ Project and Hands of a Friend to attend the luncheon and collect donations from the 188 women present. The final amount collected was reported as $9,515 and some new volunteers. A very worthy event!
