Interested in expressing your creativity? Learning to work with beads, metals, wire, leather, or cord? Sharing your skills and ideas with others? If so, the Quail Creek Lapidary and Jewelry Club may be for you.
We have a well equipped workshop for lapidary, silversmithing and other types of jewelry work. There are also saws, grinders, tumblers, polishers, a metal clay oven, a polymer clay oven, torches and assorted hand tools for club members to use.
We offer free workshops for members in creative metalwork, wire work, crocheted beading, bead weaving, Kumihimo and various other crafts. Materials are supplied at cost. Tools are available in the classroom for your use.
A few classes will be offered this summer, but many more will be scheduled between September and May. For more information contact one of the board members listed on the Lapidary and Jewelry Club website under Clubs and Activities on the POA Home webpage.
