Per the Quail Creek Property Owners Association rules, parking in a cul-de-sac is prohibited at all times—24 hours a day, every day. Vehicles parked in restricted cul de sac areas are subject to a citation.
Important Clarification
Some streets appear to be cul de sacs but are actually standard residential streets with homes along the curb. In these cases, parking is permitted in front of homes (except where overnight parking restrictions apply).
Where Citations Will Be Issued
Cul de sacs similar to Ponce Court or the end of Glen Canyon Road:
* The curved curb has no homes.
* These areas are fully restricted.
* Any vehicle parked along the curb is subject to citation.
Where Citations Will Not Be Issued
Areas similar to Lorabelle Court or Bluejay Vista Lane:
* Homes are located from curb to curb.
* Residents may park in front of their homes.
* Overnight parking rules still apply.
