Few events in life are more exciting than buying a home. We’re glad you’ve chosen us! You are now a member of the Quail Creek CC Property Owners Association, and for those who purchased a Villa, you are also a member of your Villas Association. We’re proud of each of these associations and trust each one will contribute to the quality of your experience in Quail Creek. Here are a few tips and bits of information to help you make the most of homeowner association living.
As of September 2025, there are approximately 3,174 homes in Quail Creek, and the good news is we continue to grow! This number encompasses all three associations.
Your Own Space
There’s one important difference between renting and owning a home. Unlike renting, your home and its upkeep belong entirely to you. You’re responsible for all maintenance for any part of your home that is used only by you or your family. So, when the faucet leaks, the first person to call is your favorite plumber.
Common Elements and Assessments
The community has a number of common areas and services—like the grounds and the maintenance to keep them attractive and enjoyable. We also have the new Canyon Club, Madera clubhouse, the Grill, and the golf course, to name a few. Each of you shares these areas and their expenses when you pay your semiannual assessments.
Community Rules
Because all homeowners share the common areas, it’s necessary to have a few basic rules so everyone can enjoy the community. If you don’t have a copy of the community rules, please stop by Member Services or visit the POA website. Please be sure to attend the Nov. 20 board meeting where the Canyon Club rules will be discussed.
Membership
When you bought your new home, you became a member of the Quail Creek CC Property Owners Association and, additionally, if you purchased a Villa, you are also a member of one of these associations, too. Membership in each of these associations entitles the homeowner to attend and observe board meetings, vote in board elections (which typically occur annually), and attend committee meetings. You may even want to consider running for a board or committee seat yourself.
Our community thrives because residents volunteer for committee assignments and eagerly stand for board elections. Please get involved; we need you!
Thank you again for choosing Quail Creek as your home, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
