The Green Valley Chapter, Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), awarded a belated $2,500 scholarship to Cadet Major Milan Wilkinson. Cadet Wilkinson, a 2025 graduate from Rio Rico High School, was the class valedictorian, a role she was fulfilling when the MOAA Awards Ceremony was held in early May.
Milan will be pursuing a degree in nursing at the University of Arizona.
