Yet another inspiring and delicious session in our ongoing Health Series, Part Four, focused on bone health and, as always, we connected over good food and good conversation.

Menu highlights included a crunchy, mineral-rich nori pumpkin seed snack, fresh green salad with optional add-ons, and a choice of avocado or sesame dressing, all accompanied by refreshing herbal iced tea. And for dessert? A silky, easy chocolate mousse—no guilt, just delight!

What We Explored:

1. The basics of bone anatomy, because understanding the structure helps us protect it;

2. Lifestyle choices and key nutrients that directly support bone strength;

3. A surprising calcium-rich food you may not be eating (but should be!);

4. A practical look at supplements—what to take, how much, and what quality matters; and

5. Creative, proactive ways to monitor bone health beyond just waiting for the next DXA scan.

It was another great gathering filled with learning, support, and shared motivation. Thank you to everyone who joined and brought their curiosity and kindness to the table.

Stay tuned for Part Five. We’re just getting stronger!
