Hello from the ALC Office

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has trimmed, cut, and pruned their plants and trees off the common wall. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and plays a vital role in helping us maintain the integrity and appearance of these walls.

As we prepare for the upcoming transition to a new waste disposal service, we’d like to take this opportunity to remind all residents of the proper storage of trash containers.

According to the Quail Creek CC&Rs, Section 4.2.10: Trash Containers and Collection, containers must be:

“maintained and stored so as to not be visible from neighboring property.”

Additionally, the ALC Guidelines Section 3.35, Walls, specifically state:

  1. Trash Receptacle Screening Walls

Trash receptacle screening walls must be constructed within the homeowner’s property line to hide containers from both street and neighboring views. These walls must:

  • Be made of Santa Rosa color slump block, or concrete block that is stuccoed and painted to match the house.
  • Not exceed 52 inches in height, measured from street-side grade.

Just a reminder–please check with our office before starting any project outside your home. More than likely, an ALC permit is needed. The permit application, as well as the ALC Requirements and Guidelines, are located at www.quailcreekhoa.org/web/quail-creek-hoa/alc-requirements-permits.

The ALC office is located by the dog park in the Administration building at 904 N. Quail View Loop. Stop in anytime Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., call us at 520-393-5803, or email qcalc@robson.com. We are always happy to answer your questions or concerns.
