Annual Health and Wellness Fair

The Quail Creek annual Health and Wellness Fair will be in the Madera Clubhouse on Friday, Oct. 22, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
With participating local businesses and healthcare professionals offering samples and lots of information on a wide array of products and services that will help make you look and feel your best. Walgreens will again be offering flu shots.

15th Annual Community-Wide Garage Sale

Save the date—Saturday, November 13, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.—for the 15th annual Community-Wide Garage Sale. The last few years, we have had more than 200 homes participate in this event. The main gates will open at 8 a.m.; we will have used vehicles for sale in “Slow Eddie’s Used Car Lot” in the Madera Clubhouse parking lot, with more than 30 vehicles (cars, golf carts, and RVs).
Maps will be available online and at the gate. See you there!
Registration begins Aug. 31 at Member Services. Registration is $10 per house and $10 for each vehicle. The only form of payment will be accepted is Member Cards or credit cards. Forms are also available at the Kiosk in the Madera Clubhouse or online.
Arizona Diamondbacks Bus Trip to Chase Field

This is the last scheduled bus trip for this year. Game time is at 12:10 p.m. Since the game is an hour earlier than usual, the bus will board at 8:30 a.m. in the Madera Clubhouse parking lot and depart at 9 a.m. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can leave at the scheduled time. Only 50 tickets are available for each game, so sign up early to guarantee your spot. Prepayment is due when you sign up. Official game tickets will be handed out when you board the bus. There will be complimentary snacks and bottled water on the bus. You are welcome to bring your own snacks or beverages for the ride. If you bring a cooler, make sure you store it in front of you and not in the aisle. The driver can also store your belongings in the secured outside compartment. In the event the ballgame goes into extra innings, the bus will depart at the end of the 12th inning.
Sunday, Oct. 3, vs. Colorado Rockies
Game time is 12:10 p.m. and tickets are $60 (bus will board at 8:30 a.m. and depart at 9 a.m.). Deadline to purchase tickets is Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. Tickets are on sale at Quail Creek Member Services. Call 520-393-5822, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Masks are required on Gray Line Buses.

Clear Bag Policy
Fan safety continues to be our top priority at Chase Field. The Clear Bag Policy is to ensure the safety of our guests and provide an expedited ballpark entry process and enjoyable fan experience at D-backs games and all Chase Field events.
Each fan may carry one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, no larger than 12-inch by 6-inch by 12-inch or a 1-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Additionally, fans may also carry a small clutch purse no larger than 4.5-inch by 6.5-inch, with or without a handle or strap, that is subject to search.
