2025 Semi-Annual Dues Notice

The 2025 annual POA dues total $3,128. POA dues are assessed semi-annually to your Property Account. The second half is billed July 1, with payment due by August 1. A 10% late fee is applied if payment is not received by August 15.

If your assessment payments are paid as an automatic withdrawal from your bank, please adjust the amount from $1,485/every 6 months to $1,564/every 6 months. Without the update, your dues will be paid short and will be subject to a 10% late fee on the balance.

Statements are sent either by mail or email. You can update your preferred statement delivery method by contacting Member Services at 520-393-5822 or emailing HOADues@Robson.com.

The Quail Creek Country Club POA reserves the right to suspend the privileges of any delinquent member. Suspension may prevent access to services such as event ticket reservations, tee times, charging to your Member Account, or checking in at Quail Creek facilities.

Paying Your Dues

If you’d like to pay by check, please send a check to the address listed below in Las Vegas. For the most convenient payment options, visit quailcreekhoa.org to pay via credit card or checking account.

How to Pay Online:

1. Visit quailcreekhoa.org and log in using your Member Number and password.

2. From the navigation bar, select:

o Member Center

o My Account

o POA Dues Statements and Payments

3. Choose the statement date and proceed with payment. If you are part of a Villa or paying a fee/violation, be sure to select the correct drop-down option under the green “Select Folio” header.

Paying by Mail:

If you prefer to send a check or use your bank’s bill pay service, please allow approximately two weeks for your payment to reach our lockbox and be applied to your account. To ensure accurate application of your payment, include your 10-digit property number in the memo line of your check.

Please note that Villa dues are managed by their respective management companies. Villa homeowners pay both Master Association and Villa Association dues. Villa dues cannot be paid via the Quail Creek website
