Susanna always has a smile on her face, is kind and receptive to any feedback, and is willing to assist in any way. She is efficient, learns very fast, takes any task to the next level, is great to work with, and is always willing to help others. She played a large role in the success of the MyClubWine program and customer service training for our Members Service staff.
