Wine Knots cheer “pour” decisions

The Wine Knots celebrated July at the home of Bob and Christy Marshall where French wines from the Loire Valley, famous for its white wines, were presented. We enjoyed tasting a dry but fruity Muscadet and a light and refreshing red Chinon.

It is said that good wine always goes with good food. We certainly had plenty of that; chicken in wine, cold marinated shrimp, potato dish, fruit appetizer on a stick, salad, creamy brie, French baguette and a cake baked with wine.
